We will gather to remember and honor the life of my beloved wife. She was a woman of grace, kindness, and strength. Her presence brought light and joy to everyone she met, and her love knew no bounds. She was our rock and our biggest cheerleader. Always encouraging me to do what I need to do and the girls to be their best. She always spoke highly and kindly of all her students, encouraging them to do better. I know she was a good friend just from how many of you have helped us in our hour of need. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her selflessness and compassion touched the lives of so many, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her from her students, her children, our neighbors, her friends, our family and most of all with me. We had so many wonderful memories and I have no regret for the time we spent as a family on vacation enjoying our time together. We lived for the now and in the short amount of time we had as a family we experienced life. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will forever be a part of us. We will carry her love, her selflessness, and her memory with us always, finding solace in the knowledge that she is at peace and watching over us from above. My dear wife, you were my rock, my confidante, my best friend, and my greatest love. I will cherish the memories we shared and hold them close to my heart for all eternity. Rest in peace, my beloved, until we meet again. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS"In loving memory of Amie, we invite you to honor her legacy by making a donation to support her children's college fund or a scholarship in her name. Your contribution will not only help ease the financial burden of higher education for her children but will also ensure that Amie's impact and love continue to shine through the gift of education. Your generosity will create a lasting and meaningful tribute to a remarkable woman who touched so many lives. Thank you for remembering Amie in this special way." After her precious girls, Leah & Morgan, Amie's life was dedicated to her students, especially ESL students. I had the privilege of watching Amie shine and flourish in this role; her dedication to her students was unmatched. She remained in contact with them years after they had left her classroom; she supported their endeavors, both inside and outside the classroom; and she made it a point to help her students learn English and acclimate to this country. With that in mind, I have been working with the Allentown School District Foundation to create a scholarship in Amie's honor. While this scholarship is still in its beginning stages, we hope to collect as much money as we can to award scholarships next year to Allen graduating seniors who are part of the ESL program and will be pursuing post-secondary education. Because this scholarship is being managed by the ASD Foundation, you can be assured that any donation you make will be earmarked especially for this scholarship, and managed appropriately. If you would like to make a donation to the Amie Passarelli Memorial Scholarship Fund, please see the following information. Please send checks payable to the "Allentown School District Foundation" to: ASDF, 31 S. Penn St, Allentown, PA 18102. Please write on the check's memo line "Amie Passarelli."
