Barbara Ann (Striney) Wagstaff, 93, of Allentown, PA was born November 3,1931, and raised to eternal life on March 12, 2025. She was married to the late John Tobin Wagstaff for forty-seven years and was the daughter of the late Michael Striney and Sarah Catharine (Oram) Striney. She is survived by her daughters, Joan Marie Farmer, and her husband Thomas of Longwood, FL, and Ann Louise Wagstaff of Uxbridge, MA. Sons, Michael J. Wagstaff and his wife Bonnie of Allentown, PA, John T. Wagstaff and his wife Kim of Allentown, PA. She was a proud and loving grandmother of ten grandchildren: Patricia Wagstaff, Cheryl Wagstaff, Hailey Flood, Joseph Farmer, Sarah Wagstaff, Michael Farmer, Kylie Wagstaff, Erin MacInnes, William Wagstaff, and Daniel MacInnes and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son, William M Wagstaff, Emmaus, PA husband of Debra Wagstaff, and predeceased by her daughter, Catharine Wagstaff of Bethlehem, PA. Barbara graduated as a Registered Nurse from Sacred Heart School of Nursing in Allentown, PA and practiced for many years. She was a member of the Cathedral Church of Saint Catharine of Siena in Allentown and was a participant in the first Allentown Cursillo movement. She gave inspirational talks on many Cursillo retreat weekends but especially enjoyed working with the kitchen crew preparing meals. She retired to Bear Creek Lakes, Jim Thorpe, PA, and enjoyed traveling with her husband Jack. She was an avid crocheter and was always cooking for anyone who stopped by for a visit.
