Carl J. Rumpf, age 59, of Harrisburg, formerly of Allentown died Friday, March 5, 2021. He is the son of "Skip" Frances Rumpf of Allentown. Carl was a graduate of William Allen High School and served in the United States Navy. Survivors: his mother, Frances Rumpf; brothers, Thomas, Joseph and Gregory (Susan); sisters: Elizabeth, Jane Biever, Margaret, Patricia Evans; nephews: Stephen Rumpf (Meredith), James Evans, Timothy Biever; nieces: Sabrina Strobaugh (Joe), Kristen Biever and six grand nephews.
