Dorothy Abramson

Dorothy Marie Abramson, 86, of Allentown, died Sept. 25, 2022 in her home in Allentown, PA. She was the widow of the late Dr. Henry M. Abramson and a daughter of the late Albert and Stella (Morawski) Vogelman, of Philadelphia. She was a published author of romance short stories. Dorothy enjoyed the symphony, theater and cinema. She looked forward to vacationing annually with her husband in Bar Harbor, Maine. After her retirement as a civilian employee of the Army Corps of Engineers, she was the office manager for her late husband's psychiatrist practice in Allentown. She loved animals and was renowned for the kindness she lavished on all manner of fauna that wandered into her backyard.Survivors: She is survived by her three cousins and a tight circle of friends, neighbors and co-conspirators.
