Edna M. Strobel, 92, passed away on March 14 at her residence. She was the wife of Edward Strobel with whom she celebrated 70 years of marriage. She was the daughter of O. George Lewis and Anna Berninger Lewis. She was a volunteer at the Lehigh Valley Hospital for 41 years. Edna loved her golf and was an active member of the LV Municipal Ladies Golf League. SURVIVORS: husband Edward; daughter Linda (Strobel) Janscak and husband Joseph of North Wales; and sons, James, Daniel and his wife Jan (Hemperly) Strobel and Michael. She was predeceased by son, John. Present family includes 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. SERVICES: No viewing. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catharine, 18 th & Turner Sts., Allentown, at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday March 18. Friends and relatives are welcome to attend. Masks and social distances must be observed. Private burial services will be conducted at the Resurrection Cemetery Allentown, PA following Church Services.
