Eleanor Rose Meluso, 86 of Allentown, PA and The Bronx and Yonkers, NY passed away Friday, Dec 11, 2020. She was born in Yonkers, NY to the late Arthur and the late Anna Marie (Smith) Meluso. Eleanor received a BS at Fordham University and a MS at Manhattan College in NY. She was a 2nd grade teacher at St Dennis in Yonkers, NY and 3rd grade teacher at PS37 South Bronx, NY. Eleanor worked for Attorney Joseph Plunkett in Allentown when she moved to Allentown with her sister. Eleanor really enjoyed her cat "Dorothy". She was a devoted Catholic and a member of Cathedral St. Catharine of Siena Church in Allentown. She is predeceased by her sisters, Mary Meluso whom she lived with for many years and Agnes Thomas. Masks and Social Distance will be observed. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Allentown.
