Evelyn Martinez, 65, died on December 16, 2019 in her Allentown home. She was the daughter of Sara (Rosario) Merced and the late Baltazar Merced. Evelyn was married to Luis G. Martinez for 43 yrs. Evelyn loved to cook for her family; it did not matter the situation, as long as everyone was satisfied. When it came to traveling throughout her life time she'd been to places like New York, Florida and California to see family members. All were welcome at Evelyn's place no matter what the occasion, what mattered most to her was family unity. Survivors: her husband: Luis Martinez and three sons: Jason Martinez, Jonathan Martinez and Darren and his wife Lillian "Natalie" Martinez; 4 Grandchildren; five sisters: Edna wife of Miguel Rodriguez, Sylvia husband of William Carron, Bexaida Martinez, Laura Martinez, and Freida Colon; four brothers: Javier, husband of Maribel Merced, Edwin husband of Gladys Merced, Christopher Martinez, and Hector Martinez; nieces and nephews: Cynthia Colon, Lynette,Erin and Kevin Rodriguez, and several other nieces and nephews.
