Jacqueline “Jackie” Ann Brown (age 65) - beloved daughter, sister and aunt passed away peacefully on 4/30/2026 in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. She was the youngest daughter of Alyce and John Brown, born 12/26/1960 in Paterson, New Jersey. She lived there till adulthood, experiencing life, while knowing that her sisters and mother were always there for her. After graduating high school, she worked in the retail industry for several years.

Jackie lived in Florida for a few years before moving to Pennsylvania. She resided at the Allentown Townhouse Apartments for twenty-one years. During that time, she made several friends while enjoying the weekly bingo games and the residential holiday celebrations.

Jackie had a very caring nature; always remembering to send cards or gifts to others for special occasions. She enjoyed doing volunteer work helping the elderly and her neighbors in need. As a teen she volunteered at The Sisters of the Poor retirement home. In Pennsylvania she was recognized by Good Shepard for her outstanding volunteer service.

Jackie treasured time spent with her family. At our gatherings her sense of humor and comments often made us smile. Since she liked to bake she would often offer to bring something homemade.

Jackie enjoyed going to concerts and festivals in Allentown and Bethlehem with family and friends. She loved her vacations with family at both the Jersey shore (since she was a Jersey Girl ) and also Ocean City, Maryland. She enjoyed traveling to New York City with Alyse, and her sister, Marie, during the holidays. Lastly, Jackie was an “animal lover” that adopted two cats: Callie and Greta, who brought her joy and companionship.

She is preceded by her sister, Marie Brown and father, John Brown. She is survived by her mother, Alyce Brown, and her four sisters and spouses: Karen and George Theiller, Catherine Hendrickson, Lynn and Dennis Drazin, and Peter and Michelle Smith. She was a fun-loving aunt to eight nieces, three nephews, and three great nephews.

Even though Jackie is no longer with us, our cherished memories of her are forever engraved in our hearts. Rest in peace and know you will always be loved.
