James A. Mcdevitt Jr.

James A McDevitt Jr, 87, of Allentown, passed away January 8, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice in Allentown. He was the son of the late James A McDevitt, Sr and Margaret Clementia (Heim) Mc Devitt. He was a retired textile plant manager. He was active in coaching in baseball & bowling for many years. He also enjoyed golfing. Survivors: two sons: Matthew and wife, Jennifer of Annandale, NJ and Brian and Deborah of Slatington, PA. Siblings: Miriam Drauch, Margaret Brahm and Joan McLaughlin all of Allentown, Joseph and wife Rita McDevitt of Ft Meyers, FL and Robert and wife Teresa Mc Devitt of Wayne, NJ. 6 grandchildren: Joseph, Dylan, Sarah, Hannah, Emma and Jenna McDevitt. 1 great grandson: Cole.
