Joseph E. Neuman, 68 of Bernville formerly of Allentown died on July 13, 2015. Joseph was born in Rome, NY, he was the son of the late Paul B. and Ida (Burgoise) Neuman. He served the US Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of the VFW Silver Springs Post #6150. He was a Tractor Trailer Instructor at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute. Joseph was a construction worker and loved his Street Rods. Survivors: Daughters Cynthia wife of Edward L. Howze of Allentown and Nancy Desmond of Alburtis; sister Paula Leal of Jennings, OK; brothers Frank Neuman, husband of Linda of Woodstock, CT and Dennis Baldwin of Port St. Lucie, FL; six grandchildren Michael and Candace Desmond, Brandon, Amanda, Stephanie and Elie Howze; great-granddaughter Kaitlyn Desmond.
