Karl R Snyder, 77, of Allentown, passed away Feb.17, 2023 at home in Allentown with Loretta at his side. He was the son of the late Charles William and the late Elizabeth Bernadette (Miller) Snyder. Karl was born in Munster Germany and raised in Fostoria, Ohio. He served in Vietnam with the Air Force. He had a painting and paper hanging business. Karl was a good humored, kindhearted man who was loved by all he met. He loved all animals big and small especially his cats and dogs who were always by his side. He found comfort and joy in music and theatre. He was an avid SCUBA diver and enjoyed the sport with his son Matt. He was a collector of all things Disney and traveled there numerous times. He and Loretta escorted tours throughout the world. He was grandpa Karl to 6 grandchildren and spent many a summer at Dorney Park with them. He will be sorely missed by family and friends.
