Lawrence A. Kleine

Lawrence Kleine (Larry), 79, of Allentown, PA passed away peacefully on December 14, 2024, surrounded by his family. Larry was born on February 4, 1945 in Staten Island, NY. He was married to his devoted wife, Grace, for 59 years. He served as a New York City Firefighter for 26 years and enjoyed carpentry, restoring furniture, and rebuilding old homes. He rebuilt the Staten Island home he and Grace lived in for 38 years before they moved to Allentown in 2002. Larry and Grace enjoyed antiquing, collecting, listening to doo-wop music, and spending time with family. Larry is survived by his wife Grace Kleine, daughters Laura Elvin (Perry) and Donna Kleine, and granddaughters Courtney Kutilek (Michael) and Sophie Elvin (Christopher). In lieu of flowers, the Kleine family requests donations be made to the Allentown Fire Department in honor of Larry. Services are private.
