Liz was 47 yrs old when she passed away in Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY, formerly of New Jersey. She was the daughter of Luz Francisco and the late Cesar A. Perez. Liz was a crazy, loving mother, sister, daughter, niece, cousin, aunt and friend.
