Mary Bruckner, 96 of Allentown, passed away, October 13, 2015 in Phoebe Home Inc., Allentown, PA. She was the daughter of the late John and the late Helen (Prelec) Badura. She was a graduate of Allentown Catholic High School. For many years, she was a sewing machine operator in the Lehigh Valley, a member of the Garment Workers Union and the Cathedral Church of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown. Mary loved to sew clothing for her daughters, grandchildren and enjoyed knitting hats and mittens for the Salvation Army and other organizations. Survivors:Daughters: Bernadette wife of Gerard Kuebler and Mary wife of William Dugan of Gettysburg, PA; Son: Joseph E. husband of Ellen Bruckner of Madison Township, PA; Sisters: Helen of Allentown, PA, Bernadine wife of Richard DeRoner of Allentown, PA; Brother: Alois husband of Adelaide Badura of Cherryville, PA. Grandchildren: Frances Kuebler MD wife of Stephen Simon MD, Paul Dugan husband of Sabrina, Katherine Billig wife of Curtis, Rachel Burkholder wife of Jonathan, Michael Kuebler, and Monir Bruckner. Great-grandchildren: Abigail and Amelia Simon, Clara and Nicholas Burkholder, Savannah and Christopher Dugan, Curtis and Ryan Michael Billig. She was predeceased by her husband Edward, her brothers, John, William, and Joseph; sisters, Anne and Elizabeth.
