Maryava W Hobin, 92, of Allentown, passed away January 4, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice 17th & Chew, Allentown, PA. She was the daughter of the late James A and Nora I (Gaughnan) Walker. She graduated from Allentown Business Colllege.She was married to the late Martin A. Hobin. Maryava was employed by the former Western Electric for 7 yrs before retiring in 1984 and she worked for PPL in Allentown for 12 yrs. Maryava was an avid bridge player and enjoyed trips with her husband in earlier years. She also enjoyed watching the birds and spending time with her son. She was a member of Cathedral St. Catharine Of Siena Church in Allentown. She will be dearly missed by her son, Dennis.
