Obituary

Oscar Oppenheimer, 74, of Allentown, died September 2, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Salisbury Twp., PA.The son of the late Oscar Coll and the late Josephine Dolores (Silva) Oppenheimer. He was married to Judith A (Walsh) .He attended Villanova University. He was a natural born salesman and loved to tell jokes. Oscar was self employed for most of his career. He was a Member of St Thomas More Catholic Church and active in Men of St Thomas (MOST) with the Breakfasts and Communion lunches. He enjoyed watching old movies, shooting pool, and playing blackjack. Oscar was an avid golfer and served in the Navy. Survivors: his wife: Judith Ann (Walsh) Oppenheimer, three sons: Michael R Husband Of Kristina of Lititz, PA, Rodrigo M of Sarasota, FL, Benjamin P of Whitehall and one daughter: Victoria L. wife of Micah Bennett of Allentown.. Grandchildren, Ava Josephine Bennett; Weston David Bennett; Zachary Michael Oppenheimer Predeceased by his Granddaughter, Olivia Josephine Oppenheimer Calling Hours: FRIDAY, Sept 5, 6-8:00 pm at Robert C Weir Funeral Home 18th & Turner Sts Allentown, PA 18104 and Saturday 9:15-11:15 am at the funeral home.
