Peter E. Tonelis, 88, of Allentown, died March 14, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Salisbury Twp., PA. The son of the late Peter and the late Catherine (Corra) Tonelis, Peter was married to the late Elizabeth A. (Nader) for 52 yrs. He was employed by the former Alpo Pet Foods in South Whitehall Twp., for 21 yrs. before retiring in 1994 and the former Purolator company in Allentown for 17 yrs. He was a life member of Slatington Skeet & Sporting for many yrs., a member of: Buck Run Hunting Club in Buck Twp., PA, Bear Hill Gun Club in Buck Twp., PA. Survivors: Daughter: Alyssa wife of Steven Pauls of Allentown; Son: Steven husband of Kelly Tonelis of Allentown; Sisters: Mary Snyder of Allentown, Kathryn Williams of Allentown; Brother: Joseph of Lexington, SC; Granddaughter, Chloe Pauls.
