Philip D DiFebo, 67, of Allentown, died August 14, 2016 in his home in Allentown, PA.The son of the late Dominic and the late Esterina (Sacripante) DiFebo. Phil was a proud alumnus of university of Scranton, where he received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in English. His lifelong love of language carried through his 25-year career at Air Products and continued after his retirement through his work as an adjunct composition and literature professor for LCCC and Warren County Community College. He loved the arts and music, with eclectic tastes ranging from classical to ZZ Top, and was a student at both the Baum School and the Barnestone Studios where he loved to study figure drawing and painting. He was most often found reading, smoking his pipe, and listening to the radio, and loved the company of animals, survived by his beloved cat Judy. He will be remembered fondly for his generosity, his sense of humor, and his non-judgmental nature. He was a member of the Cathedral St Catharine of Siena Church.
