Robert P. Massa Sr

Robert P. Massa Sr, 98, of Allentown, passed away November 26, 2023 in Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Allentown. He was married to the late Anna Mae Massa for 61 years. He was the son of the late John and the late Marcella (Castagnera) Massa. He worked for the United States Postal Service as a clerk for 25 yrs. at the window at 5th & Hamilton Sts. in Allentown. He served during World War II in the Army from 1943 to 1946. He was a member of Cathedral St. Catharine of Siena Catholic Church in Allentown. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and golf. There were many good times playing Bridge and Pinochle with the neighborhood friends. His conversations and flirtatious personality will be remembered by many. Survivors: one daughter: Sharon (Robert) Crimian of Warminister, PA and two sons: Robert (Cindy) Massa, Jr of Wescosville, PA and Kevin Massa of Macungie, PA, 7 Grandchildren: Rebecca Spillmann, Sarah Golden, Bob Crimian, Steven Massa, David Massa, Bo Massa and Elyse Mohr; 4 Great Grandchildren: Hazel Spillmann, Nora Spillmann, Wyatt Mohr and Henry Massa, sister- Marie Radocha of Coaldale, PA. Predeceased by sister Joan Duffy and brother Richard Massa. Services: Graveside service will be held Dec 27, Wednesday at 11:00 am in Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown.
