Susan Mulligan

Susan M. Mulligan (Oh Soon Hwan) 90, of Allentown passed away July 28, 2028. Susan was born in Chungcheongbuk-do Province, South Korea and married John Mulligan in 1958. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oh Hyun Geun and Lee Jung Soon, husband and three sisters, Soon Ae Buckley, Soon Ja Heo and Oh Ok Soon. Susan is survived by her daughter Catherine and son in law Jeffrey Cupps of Richmond, Virginia. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Allison Hallberg (Basil) and Emily Cupps (Matthew Sak) and three great grandchildren, Cecilia and Reed Hallberg and Maya Sak, along with numerous niece, nephews and their children.

Susan was raised during the Korean War and then crossed the Pacific Ocean with her husband and daughter to build a warm family life in the United States. She loved and was loved by her family and friends.
