Thomas (Tom) Michael Griffin, 78, of Allentown, passed away on February 28, 2018 after a valiant battle with cancer. He beat it three times but succumbed to the fourth cancer in the brain. He was the son of the late Joseph Patrick and Mary Ann (Egan) Griffin. He celebrated 51 years of marriage last July 16th to Bonnie. Tom worked on Wall St and in sales for GAF in NYC. In 1999, he retired from Kraft Foods. Tom spent many years working in auto sales in the Lehigh Valley, many of them with The Kelly Group. He served in the Marine Corps. He was always up for a political debate with a Manhattan or coffee in hand with a loaf of bread. Survivors: his wife: Ellen Bonnie (Cavanaugh) Griffin; one daughter: Michelle (Ronald-son-in-law) Young of Allentown, PA; Two sisters: Matilda O'Connor of Cape Coral, FL and Mary Cappiello of Naples, FL and many loving nieces & nephews will miss their Uncle Tommy. He enjoyed his granddog, Fiona. He was predeceased by his brothers John, Joseph and William.
